The Trump administration and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced a brand-new Medicare pilot initiative that gives eligible seniors access to free, federally legal, hemp-derived CBD products through participating healthcare providers in Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) demonstrations.
